This was posted to a (currently) 20 page forum topic for users who are having trouble with Vue 7 Infinite (3D landscape/environment software) and Apple's Snow Leopard OS.

Their software isn't exactly the most reliable out there, but people tend to love it because after all the battles and crashes, the results are wonderful. The forums are often the only place for customers to let off steam. Because some bugs never seem to get fixed, folks often get angry. And so E-On staff have stopped participating in the forums.

And so we're left in the dark about so many issues with the software, people get more frustrated. Comments like this do little to help...
